Piperidones
4-Piperidones were widely used in construction of piperidone fused heterocycle using ketone functionality as a reaction handle. Different substitutions on the piperidone nitrogen atom could be useful for SAR studies. Towards this end we have made many N-substituted 4-piperidone derivatives.
