Pinacol boronates
Heteroaryl moieties are present in many APIs and also in natural products. The well established and easy method to build heteroaryl moiety is via Suzuki coupling with Aryl halide or vinyl halide. We have synthesized varieties of heteroaryl Pinacol boronates such as pyrimidyl, thiazolyl, isothiazolyl etc.
