Sapala Organics has attracted professional talent for meticulous deliverance of its objectives, nonetheless in its burgeoning stage. Currently the team consists of 55 members, which includes 2 PDFs, 2 Ph.Ds and 20 post graduates in chemistry. The Key Personnel of the organization are having rich industrial and academic experience to fulfill the organizational objectives. Sapala has created a congenial working environment for its people. Continual on-the-job training and training of the team for the development of expertise by experienced internal and external trainers has created a professional environment at work place, increased confidence levels among the individuals, and created a sense of ownership in the employees, which in turn has increased their degree of commitments. The Board of Directors has laid short and long term strategies for success of Sapala Organics. The Scientific Advisory Board –the global representatives of academic and industrial experts is the unique intellectual power of Sapala Organics.
Customer focus:
Customer’s requirements are scrupulously studied before delivery and ensured that all the requirements are met. The core departments are supported by other departments in an orchestrated manner to meet the delivery schedules. In case of any complaint with respect to any of the deliveries Sapala Organics has made, a prompt reply is posted within 24 to 48 hours to the customer indicating the progress of complaint investigation. Upon completion of investigation, the corrective actions are communicated to the customer in a reasonably acceptable time.
