Azetidines

Azetines are isosters of oxetane and also very closely resembled with cyclobutane (Tetrahedron Letter, 1996, 37(18), 3203-3206). We have made various 3-substituted azetidine hydrochlorides to aid SAR studies in medicinal chemistry. These azetidines can be functionalized by alkylation on azetidine nitrogen. Other related 3-substituted azetidines can also be made in a reasonable scale upon request.
